大潭郊野公園 – 潭崗石澗 – Tai Tam Country Park Swimming Hole

成日講行大潭水塘，但其實大潭水塘其實有四個，:
大潭上水塘、大潭副水塘、大潭中水塘及大潭篤水塘
加埋就成為港島食水的主要來源，統稱為大潭水塘群…

今次就去左大潭道作為起點既大潭篤水塘上去參觀潭崗石澗…
外國人叫佢做 Tai Tam Swimming Hole 既地方!

大潭道其中一個好有趣既路段就係要係條好窄既水霸上揸車行過…
其實都有少少技巧，跟大隊實無死 😛

我很喜歡同我一齊行山既人講….
英國政府真係為香港尼個殖民地帶黎好多好靚既野,
如果無比英國管治過你話點會有咁靚既水塘？

潭崗石澗其實系係港島徑第六段大潭崗乎近，但係如果想最快去到都係由大潭道開始吧，
下面紫色就係今次路線….

大潭水塘道一直入20-30 min 就會會合港島徑，轉左再行15mins 到就會見到入口位

入口就係咁…不過條路真係唔好行，好多位好跣，手腳並用….要好好好好好小心，否則真係好危險

落山既路唔係好長，大概4-5 層樓高，落到尼好靚真係另一境介！！

D水好清，睇到好多魚同埋蝦仔！

玩左一個鐘就要走了，爬返上去總比落山容易

香港其實有好多地方好靚的，
比心機會發現好多關於香港既informatiom,
慢慢發現也是樂趣之一呢 😀

西環雞煲”雞煲”

西環士美菲路市政大廈熟食中心出面有個廣告牌好大
隻牌寫住雞煲同鱷魚。。。成日都好好奇好想去試下，
成三年黎都係經過無試過， 今日同老友Henry同Alex就去試下！！

間鋪頭就係叫雞煲, 二話不說, 主打都係食雞煲吧…

我同Pauline都係第一次食雞煲
乾雞煲我地揀咗微辣，唔會食到最後辣得滯咩味道都無晒，
但係又有麻辣香， 隻雞好滑好香, 真係好好味！

D雞食到七七八八就落湯打邊爐, 又一風味！

當晚另一高潮就係試鱷魚肉….食落就似雞肉, 應該唔算肥, 味道偏淡….
其實冰鮮鱷魚肉嘅大昌都有…唔知D人買黎點煮呢???

又一個星期,
繼續我地既 Saturday explorer brunch!

見今個weekday無做運動, 承地利之便由屋企出發,
由士美菲路行上山頂順便做運動 🙂 路程大概要 45mins 吧！

一心決定去食Pauline最鐘意既野
(其實有邊個星期唔係丫…) 去麵包店!

山頂既Saffron Bakery, 係 Dairy farm shopping centre 入面,
露天同埋Kannie可以坐係出面….自然成位我地既山頂好去處！

Heavenly good Ham and Cheese croissant!
新鮮牛角包+Ham+melted cheese, 好好好好味！

我唔係咁肚餓, 就要左個 Breakfast Pancake!
唔會粉粉, 煙un又少少char-ed, 都好好味！

好天既話真係可以旺過旺角…排隊行山咁既款

Dung Lung Chau 東龍洲半天遊

We took the 2:15pm ferry and it was a 30mins ride!

原本諗住上 歌連臣山頂, 但係條路實在太差, 最後放棄了

 沿港島徑第八段入砵甸乍山教遊徑引水道後上

砵甸乍山觀景臺-大浪灣, 石澳一帶, 景觀十分開揚 🙂

將到山頂時會見到尼個哨站, 企係哨站睇住D船慢慢出出入入維港真的可以睇好耐
見到將軍澳…

砵甸乍山頂
本稱馬塘山，海拔312米，
以首任香港總督砵甸乍命名。
算是易行但收穫豐富的一條路線！

Hong Kong Trail Section #1-4 港島徑一至四段

瘋狂的Justin 同我突然決定喪走港島徑

港島徑 logo…

12點我地就由薄夫林出發,　先行上山頂既凌霄閣
為當日既總km 數目加extra 4km
再睇下自己體力同時間去盡力完成香港徑有幾多得幾多!

最後總共花左6小時完成 1-4段 25.5km!

當日路線 – 香港徑一至四段…

由凌霄閣左邊盧吉道…
再入夏力道
H008號座標….其實成日都見到
港島徑第一段我最喜歡的地方
第二段有”馬”路
置富
唔知條”馬”路上面係點…
平平果舊就係西高山
沿路經田灣山頭….都總算好好玩的一段…好開揚
跟住就係海怡半島

進入港島徑第三段
4：30pm, 其實都開始有少小累
係第四段入口,　決定休適十五分鐘後再出發…

又係漫漫既上山路
太陽都落山lu
睇夜景了….海洋公園
最後入晒黑都仲未出到第四段
7pm, 終於見到出口了！！
出銅鑼灣食南記…..極度肚餓真係咩都食得晒！！

其實港島徑1-4段真係有D悶,  風景行黎行去都係香港仔,
鴨利洲咁, 不停係個山腰度出出入入….少D意志都唔掂

應該就係最近最高點了

由停車場去極度容易

真可惜個天唔係咁清

天氣唔係咁靚。。。公園都無人

同Kannie 玩陣就落山lu…

一直以為西高山係行得到既最高點,
今次比我搵到路上扯旗山。。。
不過仲有一D懷疑柏架山會唔會係香港
島行山行得到既最高點呢 （532m)

睇黎真係要用個elevation meter 先得了

由馬鞍山村一直上
前面就係Pyramid Hill 大金鐘….條路清釋可見不過之前落過雨, 條路真係好斜好跣,
要用晒手腳先上到去！

南丫島 – 榕樹灣走到模達灣 Lamma Island Yung Shu Wan to Mo Tat Wan!

非常輕鬆的總共行左7km

And we decided to go Lo Tik Wan to take a look…
which will lead us to this beautiful view of Sok Kwu Wan!
and eventually bring us to the Lamma Youth Camp too!

香港山峰 – 聶高信山 Mount Nicholson

點去：
深水灣道上山方向 -> 布力徑去到尾 ->
香港仔郊野公園入口直行！

今次起點由布力徑起行,

一直行道呢個十字位, 向右邊條石樓梯上就係聶高信山山頂！
430m 高, 同行上山頂差不多啦

條路都好爛下, 不過小心D都無咩問題既
話咁快到山頂了…山頂座標搵唔到,
但係Kannie 背後就係 TVB/ATV 聶高信山發射站, 應該都係最高點黎

深水灣etc…

最後搵埋另一個座標：
22.257585° N 114.181932° E

就咁就搞掂聶高信山！

Cyberport Weekend Market – 數碼港週末藝墟

What a cozy/lazy Sunday! First we had a picnic at the Cyberport Waterfront Park with
Kannie.  Beautiful Sun and autumn breeze, Blue cheese salad, assorted sushi, lemonade!
(everything can be purchased at the Park n’ Shop at Cyberport Arcade :P)

Then we visit the Cyberport Weekend Market to chill and ends the day!

The Happy Dog and Pauline with her blue cheese salad!

Wasakuraya 和櫻屋- Heaven for egg custard pudding lovers!

Finally we got the chance to try out the ever famous Wasakuraya Egg Custard @ Happy Valley!

The Hong Kong Police Museum

So here we go, visiting the museums of Hong Kong again!

The Hong Kong Police Museum
Since its a very pretty day, we decided to go to the Hong Kong Police Museum!

The Hong Kong Police Museum is a free entry museum and it can easily spend you 1-2 hours visiting!
Learning the history of Hong Kong, understanding the Triad Societies (which looks very much like those in HK movies)
and to learn how to make Heroin through the Narcotics Gallery…!

Since it is not allowed to take pictures inside the museum,  I have not taken any
picture of the place but…..I dont know why…theres this picture and…
we have a similar printing machine at Ditto Ditto too!

Plenty of parking available at the Police Museum,
there is also the Wan Chai Gap Playground nearby too!

After visiting the police museum, we went to barker road peak tram station
to walk around and had this gorgeous view of Hong Kong!

香港鴨利洲玉桂山副峰 Hong Kong Ap Lei Chau Yuk Kwai Shan (Mount Johnston)

今個星期日懶懶閒, 同兩老食完拉麵 ,
陪完老母買餸, 返屋企訓個晏覺就揀個超簡單 Target 啦！

香港 – 鴨利洲 – 玉桂山

鴨利洲 係全世界人口密度第二最高既島
而第一既就係加勒比海既 Santa Cruz del Islote…
但係有 Over 1200 人住係度！！

鴨利洲其實好似一個小香港…島中心就係一個山丘
而果個山丘就係今次要去既玉桂山副峰

因為成五點先起行。。。落山時以經太陽落山了。。。玉桂山副峰過程好短,
作位鴨利洲居民就真係好方便，但係如果特登去既話, 就最好準備上埋玉桂山主峰, 再落鴨脷排
玩就會抵D….（但上玉桂山主峰並無主路…路面會比較爛）

話說六月是Justin生日, 今年一如以往我地去長沙泳灘!

石澳捉海膽記

話說同我同我個hair dresser 又成了朋友….
其實佢邀情我去玩好多次, 但係時間就總係夾唔到.
有心結識個新朋友, 總不可以每次的拒絕人….
今次佢就帶我去捉海膽!

神早流流就入左石澳, 準備好貨倉厚厚手套!
天色靚得不能再靚, 有海膽既地方就係係浮台對出, 我地先游到去浮台戴好手套,
然後我地就徒手潛入水度….
初頭以為D海膽會黐實d石頭, 其實輕輕力就可以!!

其實海入面有好多好多, 但係今次我地試下only,
所以拿幾隻上來研究下就算了…

帶左佢返公司. 生命力好強, 上水後五個鐘先死
風乾後先算了…..
