真係好喜歡西高山。
除左因為除左對我黎講好放便之外又
夠晒多梯級做運動同時又風景美麗…一舉多得！
但係去西高山從來都無路牌，
實在見過太多人問路，所以今次試下寫得清楚D睇下幫唔幫到大家啦
講話山頂行個大圈好多人多知係邊，而果條路就係盧吉道…
西高山既入口就係盧吉道/克頓道/夏力道交滙之處
係果度係會有一個好靚既休憩亭….休憩亭既左面會有一個唔起眼既入口…
一直入一直入之後就會係最尾左手面有一條長長既樓梯，800-900級，上到頂後就係西高山頂！

西高山亦都係影日落既好地放，但係要小心天黑落山
帶足夠照明應該都無咩問題既
由薄夫林出發，我地就會徑龍虎山徑上山頂，
沿途有花園有河流，今日好熱起碼32度, Kannie一見度條河就勁開心！
點解咁開心？？ 玩水囉！
玩完水就行上西高山，左面好多塔既就係552m高既扯旗山（太平山）
玩完就落山返屋企lu
瘋狂的Justin 同我突然決定喪走港島徑
港島徑 logo…
12點我地就由薄夫林出發, 先行上山頂既凌霄閣
為當日既總km 數目加extra 4km
再睇下自己體力同時間去盡力完成香港徑有幾多得幾多!
最後總共花左6小時完成 1-4段 25.5km!
當日路線 – 香港徑一至四段…

再入夏力道

港島徑第一段我最喜歡的地方
第二段有”馬”路
置富
唔知條”馬”路上面係點…
平平果舊就係西高山
沿路經田灣山頭….都總算好好玩的一段…好開揚
跟住就係海怡半島
進入港島徑第三段
4：30pm, 其實都開始有少小累
係第四段入口, 決定休適十五分鐘後再出發…
又係漫漫既上山路
太陽都落山lu
睇夜景了….海洋公園
最後入晒黑都仲未出到第四段
7pm, 終於見到出口了！！
出銅鑼灣食南記…..極度肚餓真係咩都食得晒！！

其實港島徑1-4段真係有D悶, 風景行黎行去都係香港仔,
鴨利洲咁, 不停係個山腰度出出入入….少D意志都唔掂

What a cozy/lazy Sunday! First we had a picnic at the Cyberport Waterfront Park with
Kannie. Beautiful Sun and autumn breeze, Blue cheese salad, assorted sushi, lemonade!
(everything can be purchased at the Park n’ Shop at Cyberport Arcade :P)
Then we visit the Cyberport Weekend Market to chill and ends the day!
The Happy Dog and Pauline with her blue cheese salad!

with over 20 stalls selling clothing, arts, handmades, and food too! Its sure a great place to hangout
when you feel like outdoor!

Its the typical clear skies before the typhoon arrives....!
This post is to continue the last post: Pok Fu Lam Country Park 薄扶林郊野公園 Part I.
I wasnt able to complete it due to the rain and finally, a nice hot summer summer day is here and Kannie and I had another hike again!
So we started from the same spot and head up to the Peak! As you can see, the reservoir is so FULL! After 2 months of rain, I am sure Hong Kong’s 2008 water supply should not be a problem!
