粿汁是什麼 Kway Chap – 义顺發記 Yishun Huat Kee

粿汁係咩??我都唔知….經一輪research之後,
粿 – 米先磨成粉後做成的食品
汁 – 潮洲鹵水汁

原來粿汁係潮洲60年代傳統路邊小吃,
粿就薄薄一片片就好似腸粉皮咁(其實就好似超闊河粉咁),
再加上鹵水汁同埋一D鹵肉同埋內臟就成為粿汁 – Kway Chap

新加坡多潮洲人, 所以潮洲野都有個英文名, 當初真係第同我講一千次我都唔會知咩係 Kueh Chap!

今次Uncle就帶左我地去Yishun Block 123既 Huat Kee 發記
我就第一次食,粿汁就真係同河粉好似, 不過就一塊塊三角形咁係個鹵水汁湯入面
碟鹵肉就有豬腩肉,豬內臟,有大腸,有鹹菜,有豆腐….平時少食
豬大腸既我都因為佢地洗D內臟非常乾凈,食左好多舊。。。好味!
