百勝廚海鮮叻沙食譜 – Prima Taste Seafood Laksa Recipe

我地總有掛住新架坡D野食既時候,
但係係香港要搵到自己中意既味度真係唔容易….

今次見屋企有包百勝廚叻沙湯包係到,
就一於試下啦
湯包基本上都會整到碗Laksa湯底… 連不可少既參巴醬 Sambal 都包埋, 抵讚!

只要自己加自己鐘意既麵同材料就得!

Pauline 鐘意食蟹, 咁就加蟹囉

其實原裝正版應該最好有兩片魚片, 兩片豆扑, 獅蚶, 同埋芽菜咁…

因為Laksa 本身以經好肥, 所以決定唔用蛋麵, 用米粉!

做法好揀單, 煮好米粉, 煮好湯包D, 落晒所有海鮮煲佢一陣…

再將個湯同料倒落米粉到, 加熟蛋加芫茜, 得咗!
